Order Processing & Shipping
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: We aim to get your order out as soon as possible. Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 6 pm start processing the next business day. Our weekends begin at 6 pm on Friday, so orders placed after that time will be processed on Monday. We also observe federal holidays, so processing resumes the next business day if one falls within your order time.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking details. From there, the carrier manages delivery, and they’ll have the most up-to-date tracking info. If you have questions about your package’s location, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier.
Q: What should I do if my package shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it?
A: If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t shown up, check with neighbors or around your property, as carriers sometimes place packages in secure spots. If it’s still missing, contact the carrier directly to create a claim. We can’t issue refunds for delivered packages without confirmation of a carrier error, but we’re here to help however we can.

Q: Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?
A: Discount codes can only be applied at checkout. Once an order is placed, we aren’t able to retroactively apply a discount. Be sure to double-check for any promotions before completing your purchase.
